About Dymon- Dymon is the founder of the BLK Yoga Collective, a community-rooted movement dedicated to making wellness a realistic and sustainable lifestyle. With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Performance and Fitness Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Business Administration, she brings both the science of movement and the strategy of business into the wellness space.
Her yoga journey began in 2015, and in 2019 she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Yoga quickly became more than a personal practice. It became a way of life that inspired her to create spaces where movement, healing, and community come together.
Through the BLK Yoga Collective, Dymon centers the 8 dimensions of wellness to show that health is not only about fitness, but about living fully, mind, body, and soul. Her mission is to offer organic, approachable practices that empower people to grow, heal, and thrive in their everyday lives.

If you have more, pay to help support those who do not. If you have less, pay what feels reasonable to you. I would rather you come to your mat to practice than worry about money.

About Leslie’s yoga practice- I first started doing yoga in high school, after school, with the PBS show Priscilla Patrick Yoga. I started practicing with an in-person teacher in 2000 at Lansing Community College with a gentle older yogi in sweatpants and a t-shirt who could balance and move his body in ways I could not in my 20’s! It was his calm demeanor and gentle nature that made me think, “I want more of that.” And I have always been drawn to yoga as I really appreciate any body movement (exercise) that includes a little nap at the end. HA!
Since that first in-person class I have practiced in styles including, ashtanga, power yoga, Iyengar, Kundalini, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and hatha. I am now a RYT-200 through The Yoga Alliance, after completing my YTT in Feb 2025. I have taken classes with Seane Corn, Matthew Sanford, Bryan Kest, Tias Little, and countless lovely teachers across Michigan. I am currently taking a trauma-informed yoga year-long course with Susanna Barkataki, and yoga for recovery with Nikki Myers. I am also an Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, having received attunements and training with Andrea Kennedy of Mainstream Reiki, and with William Lee Rand of The International Center for Reiki Training.
